Burning Lies

Today is release day for BURNING LIES. For me it’s just another day in the office so I hope the gorgeous cover is catching the eye of readers all over Australia while I fly from Townsville to Mount Isa and home to Cairns:-)

To help celebrate I’m visiting two of my favourite blogs today.

On the Romance Writers of Australia Blog I’m being interviewed by Juliet Madison and we’re giving away a signed copy of Burning Lies.

Over on the Australian Romance Readers Association blog we’re also giving away a signed copy.

Hopefully I’ll catch up with many of you as I zig zag my way down the east coast of Australia over the next couple of months visiting libraries and booksellers. Check out my events page for details.

Happy reading!

  1. Hi Hayley, thanks for the congrats! I saw on your blog you guys were doing it tough with illness. I hope you’re all on the mend now!

I’ll be in Coffs Tuesday 7th August at 5.30 pm and Bellingen Library on the 8th at lunch time. Would love to meet you in person but totally understand that might not be possible with your busy schedule!

    Happy writing:)

  2. Thanks Jayne, it’s lovely to see it out and about in bookshops! And the reviews have been very generous:) I start holidays shortly and I’m looking forward to some extra writing time.

  3. Hope that Moet went down well!! Congratulations, Helene!! I’ve been off the planet dealing with illness the last three weeks (with the girls), so just catching up on your blog now! Did you say the nearest to Port you’ll be during your tour is in Coffs Harbour? Do you have a date for when you’ll be there?

  4. Congratulations Helene!! An awesome book! πŸ™‚ I’m like Shelleyrae…can’t wait for your next one πŸ˜‰

  5. Sonya, delighted to help put Canberra on the map! My sister was living in Canberra when those horrendous fires went through so I knew how frightening it was…

Hope your kindle edition arrives soon and that you enjoy Burning Lies πŸ™‚

  6. The excerpt made me so happy because it started in Canberra. We’re always overlooked!
I put in Kindle order last night (because I can’t get to the shops to buy a paperback copy for a few days!). It isn’t here yet though… I hate how Amazon always runs to an American timetable.
Guess that means I’ll have to do some work while I wait!

  7. Congratulations, Helene, and Happy Release Day, Burning Lies! πŸ™‚

Have a safe flight and may you celebrate in style tonight.

  8. Congratulations, Helene! I’ve been haunting the local bookshops here hoping it would come in early, because I’m very keen to read it! I’m off into town again shortly, so I hope today will be the day I find it πŸ™‚
